How to Choose the Right Loc Band Size

Your ideal Loc Band size depends on both loc length and how fitted you like your feel.

Size Recommendations by Loc Length

• Small (S) and Medium (M) are most commonly chosen by people with beginner to shoulder-length locs, because they provide a balanced, secure fit at shorter lengths.
• Large (L) is most commonly chosen by people with waist-length to ankle-length (or longer) locs, since it offers more room for volume and length without compressing the style.

Fit Preference Matters Too

• If you have waist- to ankle-length locs and choose Small or Medium, expect a snugger, more controlled fit.
• If you have beginner to shoulder-length locs and choose Large, expect a looser, more relaxed fit with extra drape.
